Our Team

Our Principal Consultants work full-time for Avenue Rhodes and demonstrate the fundamental Human Resources competencies to assist our clients in almost every situation with experience in developing, implementing and managing innovative and effective Human Resources practices and processes in diverse industries.

Neil Urquhart, CHRP, is Managing Partner of Avenue Rhodes. Specializing in start-up and turnaround situations, he focuses on strategy, leadership development and organization effectiveness. Neil has held senior leadership positions with Nortel, Borden Catelli, Apotex, BTI International and Minacs Worldwide.

Stephen Abrahams During 15 years in Human Resources, Stephen has held HR management positions facilitating union and management partnerships through his leadership and negotiating skills. Stephen's expertise ranges from retail to manufacturing in small to large organizations such as Ford, Speedy Muffler and The Putting Edge.

Rachee Allen leads our data gathering and analysis team. She has held senior recruiting and HR positions in the Finance, Education, Insurance, Biotechnology and Staffing industries.

Where specialized and/or short-term expertise is required, Avenue Rhodes also works with a network of Associate Consultants each with particular, specialized expertise.

In addition, we employ a full-time team of Human Resource practitioners in our Toronto and Montreal offices.
